The Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digitalization (MCID) organized the event “Opportunities for Romanian research“, a debate on the Widening pillar of the framework program for financing research and innovation in the European Union, which benefited from the contributions of Mr. Bogdan Ivan, Minister of Research , Innovation and Digitization, by Ms. Iliana Ivanova, European Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth, as well as by Mr. Dan Nica, MEP, rapporteur for the Horizon Europe Regulation.
The debate included presentations and a question-and-answer session by representatives of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Research and Innovation (DG RTD). The event was attended by representatives of universities, national research institutes coordinated by MCID and the Romanian Academy, private companies involved in research projects and the associative environment
